Looking to play and learn one of the fastest growing sports in America? Join our Lacrosse League!

Club Sports Alaska and the Anchorage Hockey Association have partnered up to offer Anchorage Lacrosse Flex-6 Summer League. We want it to be as easy and affordable as possible so that anyone can join! That is why we will be doing a Flex-6, non-contact League which requires very little equipment and is a perfect introduction to the sport. Flex-6 uses a soft ball instead of the standard hard rubber balls and no pads or helmets are required. Flex-6 lacrosse is designed to meet the unique needs of communities across the country who want to provide accessible lacrosse programs for people of any age and skill level.

We will meet Mondays & Wednesday evenings and all games are at Arctic Rec Center. Teams will do a half hour practice with their coach followed by a 45 min game against another team. Practice followed by application. This is the best way for your players to learn.

With each registration, players will become an official members of USA Lacrosse. USA Lacrosse memberships include a subscription to USA Lacrosse Magazine and insurance coverage through USA Lacrosse.

When: Monday & Wednesday evenings 5:30 - 8:00pm. Based off number of participants, are plans is to offer two (75 mins sessions) 5:30 to 6:45pm and 6:45-8:00pm.

Who: Co-ed Boys & Girls (8-16 years old) We will be offering 3 different age groups: 1st group (‘11 thru ‘13 birth years) 2nd group (‘08 thru ‘10 birth years) and 3rd group (‘05 thru ‘07 birth years).

Sticks are available for purchase in our registration process. Sticks will be available for pick up on our 1st session: Monday, July 12th.
